Meet Your Coach
Hey ! My name is Deepanshu Nagpal and fitness has been a part of my life for more than 15 years now.
I first discovered my passion for fitness in my teenage years when I started lifting weights and experimenting with different workout routines.
Currently, I work as a certified personal trainer and I have helped dozens of clients transform their bodies and lives through customized workout and nutrition plans.
I take pride in creating personalized plans for each of my clients, taking into account their unique goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
Ever since I was a child, I have been captivated by the idea of big and strong men, as to me, it represented the ultimate form of masculinity.
However, as I grew older and more experienced, I realized that true fitness is not just about physical appearance or strength, but also encompasses overall health, flexibility, and mental well-being.
My journey in fitness has also taught me that being big and strong is not the only definition of fitness.Â
I used to kickbox earlier and thought of joining a gym to improve my strength as well .
At first, it was just a hobby for me, a way to supplement my martial arts training and stay in shape.
That is when i fell in love with the process of gaining muscle , the feeling of progress occuring right before your eyes is nothing short of spectacular .
I was fascinated by the science behind muscle growth and how different training and nutrition strategies can produce different results.
So i read hundreds of books , thousands of articles and innumerable amount of videos to educate myself on topics related to hyoertrophy (muscle gain) , fat loss and strength.
Through trial and error, I was able to find what works best for me and my clients, and I continue to learn and evolve my approach as new research emerges.
Also , I have a decade worth of experience in this field now and now it is my time to share the golden nuggets with you all ..
